Internet fax software is offered by many companies and simply offers the ability to send a fax via the internet instead of using the standard phone lines or hardware. Depending on the software and service being used, there are a lot of benefits.

With some software there is no hardware required. Usually, no extra phone line or paper is required due to email integration.

With some of the better software on the market, sending and receiving multiple faxes is possible. Users can also look forward to lowered phone costs and the ability to send and receive from anywhere there is access to the internet.

There is a large advantage in the digital age in switching from traditional fax machines to internet fax software. Many companies prefer to scan documents in once they have been received.
